Smash Factory — Privacy Policy
Effective 1 September 2026 · Developed and published by Citiview Studios
Smash Factory is a virtual reality game developed by Citiview Studios for Meta Quest devices. This policy explains what information the game collects, how it is used, whether it is shared, and how long it is kept.
Information we collect
Smash Factory does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information. The game runs entirely on your device and does not require an internet connection to play. It contains no account system, no chat, no advertising, no analytics SDKs, and no in-app purchases.
The game does not write any save data. Your score and round progress exist only while the game is running and are gone when you close it.
How information is used
No information is used, because none is collected. Everything the game keeps track of while you play — your score, the round timer, the combo multiplier — stays in the headset's memory for the length of that session and is never written down or sent anywhere.
Information sharing
We do not share any data with third parties, because no data is collected or transmitted. The Meta platform may process data as described in Meta's own privacy policy, which is separate from and not controlled by Citiview Studios.
Data retention and deletion
Citiview Studios retains nothing, as nothing is ever sent to us. The game itself keeps nothing between sessions, so there is no stored data to delete. Uninstalling the game removes it and its application data from your headset entirely.
Children's privacy
Smash Factory does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a revised effective date.
